it's in his kiss welcome back everybody was so excited to have you back to Tyler and we're very happy to have ever are you back with us that start with the menu today for breakfast this week on Wednesday There's to do with toast and Thursday is pork sausage with me Pretenders tomorrow is creole macaroni and on Friday we have roast turkey with gravy one of my favorite to Ira Friday grade 1 timer boys and girls as we come into this new year we always want to kind of reflects on how the previous year went and think about some new things that we can do to make everything even better than last year so looking back we want to talk real quick about our Choose Love program we started that early early in August and I think you guys can kind of remember when we first started that now you know a lot more about it when we want to emphasize that we can continue doing that and we want to tie it into things like are J.Lo's typically Community contributor because being together and helping each other out is what is all about that's expressing choose love right gratitude and forgiveness and all those components I'd like to add to that to the Choose Love Is how do we show love in our words and actions and partly I've been in last year having to do with a lot of students getting upset and then it ends up where they're not making the prices remember and I talked to everyone what do you need to do if you're upset or you're nervous or your side first take a deep breath calm yourself down because as you know when we're angry or were obsessed our brain right flipped his lid and we can't really think so let's Choose Love and that take our deep Brave read through the situations that make good decisions take the love in Spanish looking for such as New Year's Eve celebrations and family dinners are special what are some traditions that you carry on in your Ohana family one condition that me and my family does is that we eat and then open present one tradition that we and my family does is we sing first and then after me we eat our looking for enews have them on eBay
