I started she's loved 10 years ago after a very difficult time in my life but what I learned is that adversity has a purpose it actually gets us out of comfort zone into our girls song and that is what she's love teaches through a very powerful formula that we're going to be seeing on stage tonight the formula is courage the courage to face the difficulty in your life gratitude to shift your lens from negative to positive for forgiveness which helps you move beyond the pain and compassionate action which is when you step outside and I what's going on in your life to help and heal others that is actually when you help and heal yourself so that is choosing love choosing love is always the most powerful salt for response choosing love over fear you know that it's a very very important message for right now and I am so excited to be celebrating this tonight with you all thank you and we got a couple of gifts for them to peruse through while we get ready for our first at our First Act tonight I'll get the tickets and they're required I want to hear these umbrellas for the rest of their lives to tell a little bit more about the Choose Love experience and what it's all about.
