Aloha Lions Ohana,
I hope your week is going well. I have a quick reminder for you today. Tonight at 5:30 is our Aloha Always Wins Talent Show. Over a dozen student performers will show us their skills. Additionally, Mrs. Scarlett Lewis, the founder of the Choose Love Movement will be here to tell us the true meaning of the movement and what it means for your child. We also have free pizza and chips for everyone who joins us!
I have just a couple of other announcements today.
- Friday morning, 10/27, at 8:00 in the cafeteria is our first Principal's Coffee Hour this year. Please join me for coffee and pastries to talk story about everything happening on campus.
- Friday evening, 10/27, at 5:30 in the parking lot is our Trunk-or-Treat. Please gather up at the basketball courts prior to the start so we can make sure to have an orderly event. All parking will be OFF campus that day due to the fact that we will be using the parking lot for the event.
- Next week is spirit week "Lions in Wonderland" (think Alice in Wonderland). Make sure your child is coming to school ready to show their spirit!
- Monday is Mad Hatter Day! Wear a cool hat.
- Tuesday is Costume Day in honor of Halloween.
- Wednesday is Tea Party Day. Dress to impress.
- Thursday is Red, White, and Black Day. To honor the "queen".
- Friday is Wake up in Wonderland. Let's take a nap in our pajamas!
