Quarter 3 Update #15

Aloha Lions Ohana,

Good evening.  I hope you have a great Superbowl weekend.  Just a few things for you today.

1. Some students were thinking that Monday is a holiday, although it is Valentine's Day and the day after the Superbowl, there is still school, so please make sure to send your children.
2. Please continue to sell the fundraiser tickets for our Regal Bakery fundraiser to help us fund programs for this year and many years to come.
3. Lastly, our #healthyheartchallenge submissions are due January, 18th.  Please watch the video at bit.ly/kwehealthyheart for details.  Remember, all submissions will be put into a drawing for one of three 15lb. bags of rice!

For both the Bengals and Rams fans out there, I hope your team wins.  Have a great weekend and a fantastic Valentine's Day as well.  We love all our Lions here at Kalihi Waena, because, We are the Lions. We are the Future!
