Downing where the sun shines bright high with pride in the Morning Light we are the pride of calling with heart so true learning every day and all that we friendship strong and good morning I'm Mr Larkin and I'm Mrs higher and this is your first broadcast for the school year 2526 we welcome you all back to our wonderful school here and we're so happy to have all of you back with us for this amazing school year yes and we know every day is another day of learning growing and having fun remember our vision you could do it with us Khalifa a place of Excellence committed to lifelong learning student growth and nurturing the whole child and that's what we believe in that's what we're going to strive for every day come to school every day we just are so happy you're here yeah and we're going to continue to strive by striving high with pride because that's the line way and as we do that we got to make sure we're following the the letters of that so P for protection R for respect I for integrity very good D for determination and E for excellence Excellence so as we continue to do that throughout the year we're going to continue to show you awesome new things 1 of the things I want to uh make sure that you guys are working for right away though is that you're trying your hardest on all the tests that we're doing and this upcoming next week or 2 you're going to see that you're having the dibels test it's going to be a very fast 1 it's going to be the cafeteria I want you to put your best effort because we need to know exactly where you're at so we can help you out the best that we can other things that we want you to be thinking about throughout the start of this school year is making sure that you're kind to your neighbors because everybody is starting out the school here and everybody's a little bit nervous still so make sure you treat each other with kindness we start out strong and open in our hearts for each and every 1 of us with that being said I think it's time for our announcements for the day exactly have a wonderful week aloha ha hello hello Lions these are your announcements for the week on Monday is picture taking there's also kindergarten and first grade Ira on Tuesday its 5th grade Ira Wednesday school finishes at 1:30 Thursday there is fourth grade IRA and Friday its third grade Ira have a great week Aloha lion good morning everyone I'm Mrs fukuda and this is the menu for this week for breakfast this week on Tuesday ham and cheese croissants Wednesday Walla yogurt Bowl Thursday chicken patty with rice and on Fridays cinnamon roll with turkey wings for lunch this week today chili Reno Tuesday chicken patty sandwich Wednesday ULU Kahlo hamburger stew Thursday checking yours are and on Friday Kalua pork and cabbage with rice I hope you have a great week Aloha lion hi this is Miss Eva Aloha this is Miss just a few words from the PTA don't forget this is PTA fundraiser week let's get some sales out there from all of us here at kwes news an amazing week and remember be here every day that's the line
